Classes & Workshop
Classes and 1-on-1 training can be either online or in-studio:
Individual lessons as now available. With a sliding scale payment system, Cara-Lea is keeping yoga accessible for all. When registering for your 1-on-1 session, you can select either in-person or online, depending on your preference. Please double-check your selection for certainty.
Strength & Stretch
Starting with a slower paced flow class that focuses on building strength, stability and balance combining longer holds and strength building movement. We’ll then move into a yin practice to allow for deep stretching. All sizes, skin tones, genders, and abilities welcome and celebrated.
30-Minute Movement Break
Sometimes it can be hard to make time for a full hour to move your body – and that is ok. This 30 minute class is meant just for you. We’ll move, breathe and maybe laugh a little in this yoga/pilates fusion class. Take a break from your day to move.
Adaptive Pose Breakdown
This class will begin with a hatha style flow and then transition into a workshop style class where I will offer variations and adaptations for a different pose each week. Practitioners can then take these options forward with them into other classes. Props Recommended. Questions welcomed.
